Volunteer Tutor Opportunity for Marginalized and Under-Resourced Children

Muindi Foundation’s Learn Now programs are designed to support marginalized, under resourced and low-income elementary age children in reaching grade level and proficiency levels necessary to successfully progress through school.

What Volunteer: Make a positive impact on a child's life by helping them to enjoy learning.

What you will do: You will be a tutor/mentor to low income, under-resourced, and marginalized elementary age children, many of which English is a second language. You will empower children to change the trajectory of their lives through educational success. You'll also play an integral role in helping our kids build confidence, develop strong work ethic, and to pursue their goals.

Who you will help: Children entering grades 1st - 5th who need extra help in school. You will assist them in attaining grade level.

Work Dates: June 17, 2024 - August 1, 2024 (MTWTH)

Workdays: Monday  through Thursday
